DECALU 88 HIDDEN – The so-called “concealed sash” system has all features of the basic solution DECALU 88 standard, but simultaneously ensures optimum appearance for this type of solution. An additional advantage of the DECALU 88 hidden system is the possibility to glaze it with glass of any thickness using glazing clips featured in the basic version without the need to change the sash profile. The movable post for the “concealed sash” solution in the minimum version has a visual width of only 111 mm. The system includes fixed posts for the assemblies: sash – sash, sash – fixed glazing, fixed glazing – fixed glazing.

DECALU 88 STANDARD. The main goal of the project is to achieve similar or better thermal coefficients as compared to the existing systems, in connection with considerable simplification of the system structure. This, in turn, will greatly simplify the assembly technology of ready window and door structures and reduce the production time and the in-stock assortment of companies manufacturing ready window structures.

Main advantages:

– The asymmetrical construction with pane clips inside maximally simplifies and shortens mounting panes in the aluminium frame. The system is visually compatible with other, not classified systems.

– The one-sided glass mounting makes it possible to fit in very wide panes as compared to the present offer of the competition. The system Westa EI 60 can be double glazed with fire proof glass, which results in excellent thermal properties of the entire structure, which are not present in other products of the same type.

– Fixing the panes with only one element simplifies and accelerates the assembly. The weight of the glass is directly transferred to the profiles, which are the main structure elements, which allows significant optimization of the fastening elements.

– Fire proof compribands are limited with special guide channels so that they practically do not „drop off” during use.

The DECALU 110 STEEL system, with the so-called “steel look” visual style, is constructed based on the solutions of the SoEasy range. It is also the warmest window system in this category available on the market. The system uses the same accessories and connectors as the basic system DECALU 88 standard. The movable post in the DECALU 110 steel system in its minimum version has a visual width of 111 mm. The fixed posts and mullions are glued directly onto the glass and correspond visually to the trapeze shape of the main profiles of the frames and sashes.

DECALU 101 SCAND – a pivot window system for not only the Scandinavian market. The special design of the friction hinges allows the window to be rotated 180 degrees, giving comfortable access to the outside of the window. It is very convenient especially during window maintenance and cleaning of external glass panes. Until now, only PVC and wood products featured a similar functionality.

The DECALU 94 RETRO system resembles visually wooden windows in an old-fashioned style. Based on the SoEasy solutions, it is the warmest window system in this category available on market. The system uses the same accessories and connectors as the basic system DECALU 88 standard. The movable post in the DECALU 94 retro system in its minimum version has a visual width of 111 mm. The fixed posts and mullions are glued directly onto the glass and correspond visually to the oval shape of the main profiles of the frames and sashes.
